Lina Gallotto

President

As President of BHS, Lina develops strategy and systems while building the sales leadership and operations teams to execute in a highly competitive, fast growing healthcare staffing market. In her previous career, Lina was one of the first employees to join Oxford Global Resources more than 20 years ago, as an Operations Manager. Since then, she has held a number of Executive positions. Lina received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and her MBA from Endicott College. She has served on the Board of The Greater Boston YMCA and CWE, Center for Women in Enterprise and is a member of The Boston Club, serving on both the Non Profit Board and the Membership Committee.

Anne Zukowski

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President at BHS, Zukowski applies her sales and leadership experience to oversee the continued growth of BHS as it expands its national footprint in the healthcare staffing industry. In 2010, Zukowski joined BHS’ affiliate, Barton Associates, where she grew a group of sales and recruiting employees to a robust and effective team of hundreds. Highly knowledgeable about the private and government healthcare sectors, she has successfully staffed temporary medical providers at traditional medical facilities and non-traditional locations supporting government projects.

Lorenzo Gonzales

Director of Sales & Recruiting

Lorenzo Gonzales is the Director of Sales and Recruiting at BHS’ West Palm Beach office. With extensive experience in healthcare staffing, Lorenzo leads the account management team in forging quality relationships with hiring managers, and leads the recruiting team in building a large database of high quality nursing and allied healthcare professionals. Lorenzo is dedicated to supporting our clients with a proactive approach to staffing and recruitment.

Haley McAllister

Director of Sales & Recruiting

Haley McAllister is the Director of Sales and Recruitment at Barton Healthcare Staffing’s Peabody, MA office. With five years of experience in healthcare staffing, Haley leads her teams in forging quality relationships with hiring managers, and leads the recruiting team in building a large database of high quality nursing and allied healthcare professionals.

Gabriella Haddad

Associate Director

Gabriella Haddad is an Associate Director at Barton Healthcare Staffing who works out of the Las Vegas office. Haddad started at BHS’ affiliate, Barton Associates, in 2021 as a sales consultant and quickly worked her way up to a leadership position, taking more responsibilities along the way.
