Job Description
Our client, a nursing home in California, is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an assignment beginning in early June. Applicants should be available to work a flexible schedule, ideally Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm with occasional coverage starting at 7am or ending at 7pm, or weekend shifts. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, conducting evaluations, documenting findings, screening for additional therapy needs, writing orders, documenting follow-ups, and maintaining progress notes.
