Job Description

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Location: New Hampshire

Type of Facility: 150+ bed trauma level III community hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Early June

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control on doses and equipment

- Conduct patient intake procedures

- Execute typical nuclear medicine and PET CT procedures

- Work independently in the nuclear medicine department

- Utilize Epic electronic medical record system

- Collaborate with one other NMT and a supervisor

- Manage a patient ratio of 6-8 adults per shift

- Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records


Requirements:

- NMTCB and ARRT (NM) certifications

- Current BLS certification

- Active New Hampshire state license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology

- Proficiency with Siemens and GE nuclear medicine equipment
