Job Description

Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Community Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform CT scans and X-rays on adult patients

- Handle approximately 5-6 patients per night, with potential for up to 10 patients during busy shifts

- Work independently during night shifts

- Float to the Emergency Room as needed

- Operate Siemens 128 Slice CT scanner and GE X-ray equipment

- Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation

- Maintain a 50/50 split between CT and X-ray procedures

- Ensure high-quality imaging and patient care

- Adapt to varying patient volumes and emergency situations

Requirements:

- ARRT certification

- Current California state license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT

- Ability to work night shifts

- Flexibility to handle both CT and X-ray procedures
