Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: Missouri

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Early January

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide social work services in group settings

- Manage a caseload with a patient ratio of 1:10

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

- LMSW certification

- Active Missouri state license

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Prior experience in group settings
