Position: Travel Social Worker
Location: California
Duration: 26 weeks
Shift: 9am-5pm
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive social work services to patients and families
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Offer counseling and support services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Advocate for patients' needs and rights
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid California state license (LCSW or equivalent)
• Experience with general social work cases in a hospital setting
