Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Washington

Type of Facility: Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings

- Treat 7-8 patients per day across various medical conditions

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Perform patient evaluations and assessments

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation

- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current PT practices and techniques

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

- Adapt to the needs of a small, full-service facility, including cardiac and intensive care patients

Requirements:

- Active Washington state PT license or compact license

- CPR/BLS certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy (preferred)

- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
