Occupational Therapist (OT) – Illinois

Job Details:

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 8:30a - 4p and other similar shifts from Mondays - Thursdays

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience

• BLS certification

• Illinois state OT license

Responsibilities:

• Perform 2-3 evaluations and 5-7 treatments daily

• Provide 30-45 minute treatments

• Complete point of care documentation

• Treat pediatric patients with sensory issues, autism, and developmental delays

• Manage adult cases including carpal tunnel, falls, fractures, and neurological conditions
