Job Description

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Location: New York

Type of Facility: 25-Bed Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform 40-50 nuclear medicine procedures per month

- Conduct various nuclear medicine exams including thyroid scans, bone scans, and general nuclear medicine procedures

- Operate GE Millennium equipment and other nuclear medicine-specific tools

- Work independently within the Nuclear Medicine department

- Maintain accurate patient records and follow proper safety protocols

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in nuclear medicine

- NMTCB or ARRT(NM) certification

- New York state license
