Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4 10-hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct clinical care
• Conduct patient assessments and intakes
• Prepare, instruct, and position patients
• Provide patient education on medications, diet, and care plans
• Administer medications as directed
• Answer phones and manage patient records
Requirements:
• Active New Hampshire LPN license
• Familiarity with patient rooming, scheduling, and medical history updates
