Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Location: Nevada
Type of Facility: Private Dental Practice
Length of Assignment: 52 weeks
Start Date: Early April
Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (with potential for every other Wednesday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings and SRP
- Conduct and maintain accurate perio charting
- Utilize laser technology for dental procedures
- Administer nitrous oxide sedation when required
- Work with dental assistants in a team-based environment
- Manage 9-18 patients per day, ages 14 and older
- Use Eaglesoft EMR system for patient records
- Collaborate with two primary providers and a specialty provider
Requirements:
- Active Nevada RDH license
- Laser Certification (required)
- Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred)
- At least one year of dental hygiene experience
