Job Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Job Location: Missouri
Type of Facility: Rural Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts for 5 days per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with 2 to 8 cardiac catheterization procedures per day
- Participate in device implants, basic cardiac procedures, and cardioversions
- Assist with left and right heart catheterizations
- Perform EKGs and handle PCFI procedures
- Provide care for patients undergoing pulmonary embolism treatments
- Collaborate with a team of 5 nurses and 3 scrub techs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Current Compact or Missouri nursing license
- Experience with device implants and basic cardiac procedures
