Job Description
A hospital in Texas is looking for a psychiatric nurse who is available for a coverage need starting in late February. The hospital needs a clinician who can work three 12 hour night shifts per week. The clinician will be working in a 20 bed unit, adults only (no geriatrics), treating acute cases. Patients are both voluntary and involuntary. The max length of stay is 7 days. The primary responsibility of the clinician will be med passing. The only medical cases that would be done might be treating diabetes.
