Job Description
A Texas hospital is looking for a psychiatric nurse who is available for a coverage need starting in January. The hospital needs a clinician who can work three 12s, 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. The RN will be working in a 20 bed unit with an adult only population. There are both voluntary and involuntary patients and the max length of stay is 7 days. The primary responsibility will be med dispensing. Nurses do sedate patients at this facility.
